The Cinnamon Rabbit is a rabbit breed that evolved by chance in Missoula, Montana, in 1962. It results from crossbreeding between a male New Zealand White and a female Chinchilla. Recently, some rabbit breeders have enjoyed the challenge of breeding cinnamon rabbits.
